I'm especially interested in vintage D&D and AD&D rulebooks, adventures, supplements, and campaign settings such as Forgotten Realms, Dragonlance, Dark Sun, and Planescape. I also buy other tabletop RPG books and collections of fantasy, science fiction, and horror novels, particularly older and collectible editions.

I purchase books for resale, so offers are based on what I'd pay for a comparable lot at auction—not full retail asking prices. Purchases only; no trades.

How to Sell Your Collection

I buy collections from sellers throughout the United States. I'm based in San Diego, where I also offer local pickup of purchased collections.

1. Get in touch. Email collections@flickeringtome.com with a brief description of your collection and photos showing all items, including their condition and completeness. A written inventory isn't necessary, but I'll need to see everything to make a preliminary offer.
2. Review and quote. I'll review your collection, ask any follow-up questions, and provide a preliminary offer. The final purchase price is confirmed after inspection.
3. Arrange shipping or pickup. If you accept the preliminary offer, we'll confirm the shipping or pickup arrangements before proceeding. You can ship the collection at your expense, or we can arrange local pickup in the San Diego area.
